The Knight Frank Wealth Report 2023 shows that UHNWI wealth decreased by 10%, while prime real estate prices increased by 5.2% in 2022. Prime real estate benefited from increased demand due to its low correlation with other assets and various socioeconomic factors. Miami, with a 21.6% increase, ranked in the top 5 globally. Prime properties are expected to continue growing in 2023.
