Founded in 2020, Estating allows investors hassle-free access to global opportunities in real estate by adding a new financial product propelling the democratization of real estate investing. Indeed, Estating RELINC (Real Estate linked Certificate) enables clients to select and invest in properties directly from their brokerage account and in small ticket sizes. By doing so, Estating allows Wealth Managers and Financial Advisors to add real estate as a bankable product to their offering, boost their assets under management and offer their clients a highly attractive and innovative product.
“Investing in real estate is core to wealth creation for every wealth management client. Estating offers now the ability to invest in fractions in prime properties selected individually and build a global portfolio tailored to each client’s personal needs. This is groundbreaking. Especially as it comes inside the ease and protection of the existing financial systems, includes the client’s trusted advisor and is delivered seamlessly.” says Francois. “I am thrilled to join Estating, act as advisor to the Founders and contribute to their growth path.”

Estating is a property fintech with offices in Luxembourg, Berlin, Erivan, Miami and Zurich. The company was founded in 2020 and has set itself the objective of offering everybody the possibility to invest in real estate easily. Estating has developed the Real Estate Linked Certificate (RELINC): a security under Luxembourg law with its own international securities identification number (ISIN) which allows a person to acquire participations in selected individual properties from the trusted environment of their securities account – without the hassle of the traditional process. An investment in a selected property is therefore just as easy and transparent as an investment in specific stocks and bonds.
